How it works

  1. Snap your kitchen. Take a photo of your fridge or pantry; the app turns it into an ingredient list you confirm.
  2. See the matches. Your cooking circle's kitchens pool together — the app suggests dishes you can make jointly, and quick ideas for cooking solo.
  3. Cook it together. Pick a match, plan the session with friends, and build a shared cooking history — recipes, photos, and ratings included.

Stone Soup is a friends-and-family app and is invite-only: you join a cooking circle when a friend invites you.

Text messages from Stone Soup

How you opt in: on the app's sign-in screen, you enter your own mobile number and tap "Text me a code." That request is your consent to receive text messages from Stone Soup at the number you provided.

What we send: one-time sign-in passcodes, and — only if you have an account — occasional notifications about your cooking circles (for example, a cook-together invitation from a friend). Messages come from +1 (855) 907-0227.
